I cannot praise this company highly enough. He came out to blocked drains twice (both on an evening call out) and worked til he found the problem. All their customer service is amazing and you can call them out without worrying that you may need a second mortgage to pay. If only all business was carried out so well!

I had a waste pipe blockage which turned out to be a collapsed pipe underground, it turned out to be a pain to get to as there was a lot of concrete and it was near gas and electric pipes, but Sten got it sorted after a lot of digging and precision cutting, lovely guy and very professional, great price for an all day job. I would highly recommend FlowWright365 for any drainage work, very happy as you wouldn’t have known he had dug a hole up the side of my house, very tidy.

I couldn’t rate Sten more highly. Happy, friendly, trustworthy and reliable are just a few words I’d use for him.
He managed complete an investigate and install of a new waste pipe to enable us to install a downstairs toilet.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to get similar work.

First class service. Made an enquiry on the Saturday morning and was called back within the hour. Appointment was made for the Monday. However I ended up calling back as was able to be in and they were good enough to send their engineer that same evening at at 8.30pm, even though slightly out of their area. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He cleared the blockages quickly and without any mess. Great company, would definitely recommend. Very professional. Appreciate the engineer coming on a Saturday night with no extra charge. Will use them again if ever have any future problems. Thank you.

Customer service is skilled, competent and very polite. The drainage engineer arrived promptly and was very professional and within fifteen minutes of diagnosis, and setting up his equipment, he had fixed my blocked drain.
Will most likely use him again in the future, and have passed on his company details to my family members in case they have a drainage issue.
